With two teenage daughters and an entertainment-oriented lifestyle, the owners of this home needed an upgrade immediately. The doorway between the eat-in kitchen and living room was made wider to unify the spaces. Four skylights were added in the living room changing it from a dark cave to a green oasis. The upstairs bath got a modern treatment complete with artisan plaster walls to mimic concrete. An extra sink in the hallway provides ample space for preening teens. The lower half bath was expanded to become a full bath with extra storage. Fixtures, finishes, and lighting were all chosen for fun and function for this bold family.
